Our Services
1. Registration: LatinTLD will:
→ Fill the Registration Form
→ Submit it to the corresponding NIC
→ Confirm request if required
→ Check NIC until approved
→ Pay the NIC fee
→ Notify customer of success or failure
→ Process any Contact/DNS changes requested
→ Notify customer of expiry date and request renewal instructions.
2. Registration + Local Presence: Same as above, but replacing step b) with submitting the form using LatinTLD's (or its Representative's/Correspondent's) data to comply with NIC's local presence requirements.
3. Renewal: LatinTLD will:
→ Check domain status at NIC
→ Submit Renewal Form if in renewal state
→ Pay the renewal fee
→ Notify customer of success or failure
→ Process any Contact/DNS changes
→ Notify customer of expiry date and request renewal instructions.
4. Renewal + Local Presence: Same as Renewal above, but submitting the Renewal Form using LatinTLD's (or its Representative's/Correspondent's) data as required for local presence compliance.
5. Management: LatinTLD will manage the domain until renewal, processing Contact/DNS changes and notifying expiry/renewal instructions.
6. Management + Local Presence: As above, but under local presence using LatinTLD's data, processing changes and requesting renewal instructions.
7. Payment Only: We only pay NIC/Registry fees; domain management is not included.
8. Registrant Transfer (OUT): Upon request, change registrant to a third party with required local presence, hand over control, pay transfer fee if required, and notify customer of success/failure.
9. Registrant Transfer (IN): Change registrant to customer-designated local-presence party, assume control, pay transfer fee if required, notify outcome, process changes, and send expiry/renewal reminders.
10. Registrant Transfer (IN) + Local Presence: Change registrant to LatinTLD (or rep/correspondent), assume control, pay fee, notify outcome, process changes, and notify expiry/renewal.
11. Mediation: We assist on your behalf in NIC mediation meetings, gather information about the other party, and suggest actions to improve chances of retaining the domain.
12. Arbitration: We hire a lawyer, prepare legal paperwork, attend arbitration hearings, gather info on opposing party, and recommend the best course of action.
13. BackOrder: We monitor deletion status, attempt registration when available, track NIC, pay fee, notify outcome, process changes, and send renewal reminders.
14. Modification of Contact/DNS (Free): We process Contact/DNS updates and notify success or failure.
15. Modification of Contact/DNS (Charged): Same as above, with invoicing for the modification.
16. Allow to Expire: We let the domain expire, without renewing, and do not notify about upcoming expiry or expiration.
17. Deletion Request: We prepare and submit a deletion form to the NIC, pay fees if required, track NIC until deletion, notify the outcome, and invoice the customer.
18. Purchase Negotiation: We collect your price range, contact current domain owner, negotiate, notify result, invoice for the transaction, require registrant transfer, pay seller & NIC, and confirm transfer success.
19. Domain Appraisal: We estimate the potential market value in USD of a given domain.
20. Other: If you require a service not listed, contact us to see if we can adapt or create it.
